Hola!

For those of you (most of you) who missed Daniel Diges representing Spain at Eurovision last year, do look out for the nice young man who just wanted to join in and was escorted off by security (01:11). Epic. I thought this would go nicely with tonight's food- Kind of Frittata.

Cook until soft in wide frying pan - olive oil, smoked bacon, onion, garlic, red pepper, smoked paprika, peas, potato (pre-cooked). Pour over seasoned well beaten eggs and stir gently until it looks like soft scrambled eggs but is not totally set. Keep on a low heat to fully set the bottom then add a little cheese on top and grill until nicely set- wobble it in the pan, there should be no sloppy bits and it should look like you want to eat it.

This would have been good with a salad but we are saladless this week. So Dr W had toast and I had ketchup. What?! You've all done it!
